Declaration of availability
The most important in a nutshell: We want everyone to be able to use the Gustavson website and store, regardless of their ability and the technology used. We strive to comply with the WCAG 2.1 guidelines at level AA, and we remove barriers on an ongoing basis. If something bothers you, please write to us.
01 / General information
The declaration applies to the website and store operated under the domain gustavson.pl by GUSTAVSON Sp. z o.o., ul. Grunwaldzka 103a, 83-000 Pruszcz Gdański. We make every effort to ensure that the service meets the accessibility requirements for services provided electronically, including the WCAG 2.1 guidelines at level AA.
02 / State of compliance
The website is partially compliant with WCAG 2.1 AA. We are working on, among other things: full alternative descriptions for all graphics, accessibility of the product configurator from the keyboard and screen readers, and captions for published video materials. 03 / Facilitations on the website
- navigation available from the keyboard (Tab, Shift+Tab, Enter),
- clear structure of headings and landmarks for screen readers,
- text contrast compliant with the requirements for content and interface elements,
- text resizing to 200% without losing functionality,
- alternative descriptions of product photos,
- forms with labels and readable error messages.
04 / Reporting barriers
If you encounter a barrier on the website that makes it difficult for you to use the service or make a purchase, please write to orders@gustavson.pl or call: +48 58 770 48 10 (Mon-Fri 7:00-15:00). Please provide the address of the subpage and a description of the problem. We will respond within 14 days at the latest, and upon request we will provide information from the service in an alternative format (e.g., by phone or email).
