Visio 40 is Gustavson's most popular hidden door: a lightweight 40 mm leaf, primed for painting and wallpapering, set in an aluminium frame concealed in the wall.
Every set is made in Poland, to the exact millimetre, in heights up to 2499 mm and widths up to 1200 mm. The flush door sits level with the wall, with no architraves or visible frames, and the 3D hinges and magnetic lock are included in the set: you finish it like a wall and forget it is there.

We work out of sight. You design without compromise. Where typical systems make you pick a size from a table and assemble fittings from separate catalogues, Visio 40 is made to the exact millimetre and arrives complete. Our own aluminium profile, made in Poland, does not move like timber, and adjustment on three axes lets you set a perfectly even gap, even when the wall has its moods.

Ready-made Visio 40 sets for the most common openings, shipped within 48 to 72 hours of ordering. Every set includes a leaf at 2020 mm high (opening outwards) or 2030 mm (opening inwards), a primed concealed aluminium frame, a magnetic lock, matt chrome hinges and a choice of left or right hand. A WC version with a ventilation undercut is also available.

Questions and answers
How is Visio 40 different from Visio 50?
Visio 40 is a lighter 40 mm wing for painting and wallpapering, in heights up to 2499 mm. Visio 50 has a stiffer 50 mm wing with a standard straight bar, reaching 2900 mm and can be tinted under the cladding. The frame and fittings are the same Visio family, so both systems look identical in the wall.
How is the wing finished in the primer?
Just like a wall: with paint, wallpaper or decorative plaster. The surface in primer is prepared for painting without additional priming. When wallpapering, we recommend a straight bar that maintains the ideal geometry of the wing.
What does the special set contain?
Wing height 2020 mm (openable on the outside) or 2030 mm (for inside), hidden aluminum frame in a base, magnetic lock and chrome matte hinges. Left/right direction to choose, available version with ventilation recess. Shipping in 48-72 hours from order.
Can I choose the direction and the opening page?
Yes. In the configurator, you can choose whether the doors are left or right-facing, opening to the outside or inside of the room. The 3D hinges allow you to adjust the sash in three directions right after assembly.
Altitude codes
Five codes cover typical openings, and we make each dimension between them every 1 mm, up to 2499 mm. The number of hinges increases with the height, and from code 2400 in the set there is a straight bar.
